Human resources are a department within companies in which everything related to the people who work there is managed. This would include everything from recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding or welcoming, training, promotion, payroll and dismissals.

It is an area of vital importance in any organization, whether public or private. Although it is usually believed that this department and its professionals are only dedicated to paperwork, the truth is that HR plays a key role for the sustained and exponential growth of all companies.
